Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., on Sunday declared the "momentum is real" for President Donald Trump ahead of Election Day on Tuesday.
In an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” Graham said he’s seen the energy first hand, particularly in the response of voters to the appointment of conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
“The momentum is real and let me tell you why,” he said. “Judge Barrett: When I mention Amy Barrett's name it gets louder applause for Trump or Graham. She excites the base and 51% of the people who watched the hearings approve of her.”
“People are beginning to reassess the whole Biden campaign,” Graham added.
“The Hunter Biden corruption is penetrating with independents. And finally, Donald Trump is working his butt off. These rallies are making a difference.”
“The momentum is with Republicans , it's with Trump,” he asserted.
Graham also called Joe Biden comments on fracking and fossil fuels at the last presidential debate a huge mistake that all on its own, “flips Pennsylvania.”
"The war being declared by Biden on oil and gas was maybe the biggest political mistake in a debate in modern history where Joe Biden says we're going to go out of the oil and gas business making us energy-dependent,” he said.
"Huge mistake,” he said. “I think that alone flips Pennsylvania."
