Donald Trump took shots at Hillary Clinton before and during her foreign policy speech Thursday, even saying she is "reading poorly from the teleprompter."

Per his usual style, Trump used his Twitter account to air his thoughts.

Trump has largely steered clear of using teleprompters during campaign speeches, using them just a handful of times — including for his speech at at the National Rifle Association's annual conference last month.

"Donald Trump's ideas aren't just different," Clinton said Thursday. "They are dangerously incoherent.

"They're not even really ideas. Just a series of bizarre rants, personal feuds and outright lies."
