South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham congratulated Texas Sen. Ted Cruz on his
Wisconsin victory, though he still sounds more like he's more happy that Donald Trump lost than that Cruz won.
Graham, who dropped out of the race December 21, was a reluctant Cruz supporter, but his distaste for Trump brought him on board. He originally backed Florida Gov. Jeb Bush before Bush's departure on February 20 and had said having to choose between Cruz and Trump was akin to "being shot or poisoned."
Cruz and Trump are the only two remaining candidates capable of winning the 1,237 delegates needed to secure the nomination on the first vote.
