Vicente Fox Blasts Trump: 'Show Compassion and Humanity' to Migrants

Former Mexican President Vicente Fox ripped U.S. President Donald Trump for his describing illegal immigrant gang members as "animals" on Wednesday.

Trump said at a roundtable meeting with California law enforcement: "We have people coming into the country, or trying to come in, we’re stopping a lot of them, but we’re taking people out of the country, you wouldn’t believe how bad these people are. These aren’t people. These are animals, and we’re taking them out of the country at a rate that’s never happened before."

Fox has frequently criticized Trump for his anti-immigrant rhetoric and his desire to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexican border.
