Mitt Romney's Confession: Hot Dogs Are No. 1

Mitt Romney has revealed his top choice when it comes to meat – and despite his vast wealth, it's not filet mignon. Not even close.

"My favorite meat is hot dog, by the way. That is my favorite meat. My second favorite meat is hamburger," Romney told supporters at a dinner organized by his Senate campaign in Utah, the Washington Examiner reports.

The former Massachusetts governor and two-time GOP presidential candidate says his choices have puzzled some people.

"Everyone says, oh, don't you prefer steak? It's like, I know steaks are great, but I like hot dog best, and I like hamburger next best," he said.

While Romney, who is running for the seat being vacated by retiring Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch, was candid about hot dogs and hamburgers, he did not offer his two cents about what kinds of ketchup and mustard he prefers.
