Rand Paul Unleashes Twitter Rant: 'The Decision Is Astounding'

Sen. Rand Paul went on a blistering Twitter rant slamming FBI Director James Comey's decision not to prosecute Hillary Clinton in the email scandal.

The Kentucky senator, a former 2016 Republican presidential candidate, was the lone dissenter when the Senate voted to confirm Comey in 2013.

He had opposed the FBI's drone surveillance policy. The final vote was 93-1.
