It's "outrageous" for Republicans to rush a budget bill through the House the same way Democrats did when they held a majority, Rep. Raul Labrador told MSNBC's "Morning Joe."
The 2,500-page bill wasn't available until late Tuesday night, Labrador said, yet House lawmakers were expected to vote on it Thursday. Conservatives have voiced frustration with House Speaker John Boehner for pushing the spending bill to meet a Thursday deadline, thereby averting a government shutdown.

"The problem is that we have a 2,500-page bill that was posted, I believe, last night at 11 at night. And, we're supposed to vote on it by tomorrow. I think that's outrageous. And, it was bad when the Democrats were doing it. And, it's definitely bad when my own party's doing it," the Idaho Republican said Wednesday.
There has been no debate in the House about the $1 trillion spending bill, Labrador said, which was "one of the reasons I'm going to vote no against this bill."
On immigration, Labrador said he didn't think a bill passed by the Senate would prevail if it came before the House for a vote, but stressed lawmakers saw the need to "fix the problem."
He explained a stumbling block was that President Barack Obama "has never been willing to work with the House on our step-by-step approach."
"We made proposals to fix some of the things that we needed to do. And, he said that unless it was the comprehensive bill that the Senate passed, that he would veto all those pieces of legislation," he said.
