The Republican National Committee said it raised $8.2 million last month — the most ever in November of a non-election year — and $121.4 million in 2017.
The Democratic National Committee, for its part, raised $5.7 million in the same month, and roughly $62 million so far in 2017, Federal Election Commission filings showed.
The lag of DNC fundraising with Republicans builds on October totals, when the RNC hauled in $9.2 million, compared with the DNC's $3.9 million, The Hill reported.
"November’s record-breaking $8.2 million is a continuation of the broad support the Republican Party has enjoyed since the Inauguration of President [Donald] Trump," RNC finance chairman Steve Wynn said in a statement.
