Former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown
announced his candidacy for New Hampshire senator last week and is campaigning hard as he makes his way across the Granite State.
Brown is keeping his Twitter account updated with pictures of every stop he makes in his bid to challenge Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen,
The Washington Post reported.
In one poll leading up to his official announcement on Thursday, Brown was leading the incumbent senator by 5 percentage points.
Other polls have him trailing.
As a recent transplant from Massachusetts, one of Brown's
major challenges is not being viewed as an outsider and that he will be loyal to New Hampshire voters.
The Post's Chris Cillizza called the residency matter "overstated."
The major
campaign issue for Brown is Obamacare, which he is tying the sitting Democratic New Hampshire senator to, since she voted for it when it passed in 2010.
