White House press secretary Sean Spicer is expected to give his first press briefing Friday, since the firing of FBI Director Jim Comey, The Hill reports.

Deputy press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders replaced Spicer at briefings this week while he worked at the Pentagon to fulfill U.S. Navy Reserve duty.

On Tuesday night, Spicer provided a short interview to Fox Business where he addressed other reporters with the condition they turn lights and cameras off, according to CBS News.

Spicer's absence from press briefings sparked speculation he was at odds with President Donald Trump.
