President Donald Trump gave a shout out to Fox News show "Fox and Friends" for its coverage of “Obamagate.”
In a Friday morning tweet, Trump praised Fox and Friends for “covering supremely, the greatest political scandal in the history of the United States, OBAMAGATE.”
Trump started calling the controversy surrounding the unmasking of Gen. Michael Flynn and the Democrats’ investigation into Russia’s involvement in the 2016 election, Obamagate. Trump claimed his predecessor knew everything about Flynn's case.
Trump slammed “Fake News” CNN and “Concast’s own MSDNC” referencing Comcast’s MSNBC as liberal-leaning for “trying to make their 3 year Con Job just go away.”
“They are embarrassed and don’t know what to do….”Trump said of the networks.
He continued in another tweet, criticizing The New York Times and Washington Post. He called the newspapers a “disgrace to journalism.”
“They are all Fake News, and they know it better than anyone else,” he tweeted. “History is unfolding, and it is not a pretty picture for ‘journalism.’”
