The morning after appearing on Fox News for an interview with host Sean Hannity, President Donald Trump blasted the network for a poll it conducted that showed he trails former Vice President Joe Biden in the 2020 race.
".@FoxNews is at it again. So different from what they used to be during the 2016 Primaries, & before - Proud Warriors! Now new Fox Polls, which have always been terrible to me (they had me losing BIG to Crooked Hillary), have me down to Sleepy Joe," Trump said Friday in the first of a two-part tweet. "Even considering…..
"....the fact that I have gone through a three year vicious Witch Hunt, perpetrated by the Lamestream Media in Collusion with Crooked and the Democrat Party, there can be NO WAY, with the greatest Economy in U.S. history, that I can be losing to the Sleepy One. KEEP AMERICA GREAT!" he added.
Trump was likely referring to a Fox poll of registered voters, who picked Biden over Trump in a hypothetic 2020 matchup, 49% to 39%. Trump also trails Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., in the survey by six points, 46% to 40%.
