President Donald Trump continued his twitter assault on NBC, taking advantage of Matt Lauer's termination to demand action on Phil Griffin and MSNBC morning show host Joe Scarborough.

The latest post came a couple of hours after Trump learned of Lauer's termination for sexual harassment when he tweeted that NBC News chairman Andy Lack and others should be terminated for "putting out so much fake news."

The "unsolved mystery" Trump dredged up was actually solved many years ago by law enforcement and the medical examiner's office regarding the death of an intern who was found dead in then-Congressman Scarborough's district office.

The ME ruled the death of Lori Klausutis in 2001 was caused by heart problems that led her to fatally hit her head on a desk after losing consciousness.

However, it hasn't stopped the conspiracy theorists  and now the president — from dogging Scarborough about it through the years.

Scarborough, however, didn't take the bait.
