Roy Moore's Democratic opponent in Alabama's upcoming special election, Doug Jones, let GOP voters do the talking for him in a new ad supporting him over the embattled Republican.

Jones launched a new ad, titled "Common Ground," in which seven purported voters who claim to be Republican voice support for the Democrat in next month's Dec. 12 election.

"I'm a life-long Republican, but I just can't do it," said the first Republican.

"I can't vote for Roy Moore. I'm another Republican for Doug Jones," another says.

"I'm a Republican, but Roy Moore? No way," says another.

"Don't decency and integrity matter anymore?" asks yet another.

Jones has been relatively mum on Moore since The Washington Post report last week that outed the former state Supreme Court judge for alleged sexual misconduct with four women, including one who said Moore fondled and pursued her at the age of 14, nearly 40 years ago.

A fifth accuser came forth Monday, who said she was 15 and 16 when Moore sexually assaulted her.

Moore has remained steadfast and defiant through it all, insisting he will not step down ahead of the special election, despite the many calls from Capitol Hill Republicans for him to step aside.

Moore maintains a tenuous 2-point cushion over Jones, according to the RealClearPolitics composite data.
