President Donald Trump will not make a deal with China short of their ceasing theft of U.S. intellectual property, according to White House chief economic adviser Larry Kudlow.

"Regarding the issues of intellectual property theft, that is still on the table under discussion – and that's a huge factor – and no USA deal can possibly be made until that IP theft is solved," Kudlow told "The Cats Roundtable" on 970 AM-N.Y. on Sunday.
