The following article is Part I of a Two Part Series

When we think of the number 45 we think of champions like President Donald Trump, Michael Jordan, Pedro Martinez and Bob Gibson.

Pedro Martinez, won three championships and a Cy Young Award; Bob Gibson was one of the most dominant pitchers of baseball who also was a champion.

But — when you think of the number 45 do you think of greatness and the two names that come to mind: Donald Trump — our nation's 45th commander in chief — or — the great Michael Jordan and his number 45, printed on his jersey.

Everyone thinks of Michael Jordan as the number 23 but when he came back he wore 45 in honor of his father and brother in 1995.

For an athlete who took 18 months off it looked like Jordan didn’t miss a beat. He led his team in scoring.

Thus, there are many parallels between these two.

When it comes to both of these individuals achievements are the leading determiners of their greatness.

Never forget, President Trump and Michael Jordan are competitors; thriving on winning —and not just achieving victories for winning's sake, but to get a job accomplished with whatever it takes.

When we saw what could be described as "the last dance," we got a glimpse of Michael Jordan, within his whole career and how great he was.

Michael Jordan is a killer when he’s on the floor against his competition.

He wants to dominate them. On one occasion he looked at Anthony Peeler, guard from the LA Lakers, and he scored 50 points, Jordan ended up scoring 54.

Our nation's president is the same way. He wants the U.S. to be the greatest.

President Trump did this by strengthening our army. Like Jordan, President Trump has a list of accomplishments:

Almost 4 million jobs created since election.

More Americans, prior to the coronavirus pandemic, were employed than ever before in our nation's history.

President Trump has created more than 400,000 manufacturing jobs since his election.

Manufacturing jobs were growing at the fastest rate in more three decades.

Economic growth before COVID-19 hit stood at 4.2% in one quarter.

Prior to COVID-19 new unemployment claims were at a 49-year low, median household income hit its highest level.

Black unemployment has recently achieved the lowest rate ever.

Hispanic-American unemployment is at the lowest rate ever recorded.

Asian-American unemployment recently achieved its lowest rate.

Unemployment for recently sank to its lowest rate in 65 years.

Youth unemployment has recently hit the lowest rate in nearly half a century.

The lowest unemployment rate ever recorded for Americans without a high school diploma has been seen.

Under President Trump's administration, veterans’ unemployment recently reached its lowest rate in nearly 20 years.

Additionally, almost 3.9 million Americans have been taken off food stamp rolls since the 2016 election.

Mr. Trumps's "Pledge to America’s Workers" has resulted in employers committing to train more than 4 million Americans.

Also, President Trump is committed to vocational education, 95% of U.S. manufacturers are optimistic about the future — this rate is at its highest ever.

Retail sales surged last month, up another 6% over last year.

President Trump has also signed the biggest package of tax cuts and reforms in history. After tax cuts, over $300 billion poured back in to the U.S. in the first quarter alone.

As a result of the tax bill, small businesses had the lowest top marginal tax rate in more than 80 years. President Trump won U.S. bid for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, helped win U.S.-Mexico-Canada’s united bid for 2026 World Cup, Opened ANWR and approved Keystone XL and Dakota Access Pipelines.

On the regulatory front, a record number of burdensome regulations have been eliminated; regulatory relief for community banks and credit unions have also been enacted.

And let's not forget, the Obamacare/Affordable Care Act (ACA) individual health insurance mandate penalty gone.

Thus, President Trump's administration is providing more affordable healthcare options for Americans through association health plans and short-term duration plans.

Of note, last month, the FDA approved more affordable generic drugs than ever before in history.

Thanks to President Trump’s efforts, many drug companies are freezing or reversing planned price increases; this was the result of an executive order to reduce drug prices.

That executive order of the president's included a favorable nation’s clause. This should help reduce the cost of drugs for all Americans and should concurrently bring down the cost of healthcare from 10% to 20%.

Our nation's 45th chief executive has reformed the Medicare program to stop pharmacies and hospitals from overcharging low income seniors on their drugs.

This action alone saves saving seniors literally hundreds of millions of dollars in 2020.

He has also signed "right-to-try" legislation, securing $6 billion in new funding to fight the opioid epidemic. President Trump reduced high-dose opioid prescriptions by 16% during his first year in office.

He also signed the VA Choice Act and VA Accountability Act; expanded VA telehealth services, walk-in clinics, and same-day urgent primary and mental healthcare at veteran's facilities.

And one last thing for now. As this article was being written, President Trump, who has consistently and strongly backed Israel, delivered both a Mideast diplomatic breakthrough and victory; an achievment resulting in a peace agreement between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Israel.

Let's not forget this and all of the other incrediable things our president has done for us, (and does daily) for America, and the global community, especially when we vote in the most important election, of and for our generation and future generations — Nov. 3, 2020.

In Part II of this article, we'll review how President Trump’s actions greatly benefitted our nation's energy resources.
