On his 105th birthday, Jack Reynolds became the oldest person to ride a roller coaster, breaking the all-time record and having his moment memorialized on "Good Morning Britain."
Reynolds of Manchester, England, accomplished the feat at Flamingo Land in North Yorkshire, riding the Twistersaurus roller coaster with his daughter Jane Goodwin and "Good Morning Britain" hosts Katy Rickett and Dr. Hilary Jones.
Reynolds, a great-grandfather, set a the Guinness World Record with his birthday ride. He had birthday cake after the ride and said he was going to ride again "in a minute," UPI reported.
Reynolds’ ride also raised more than $450 for a local ambulance charity with help from grandson Shane Spencer, The Huffington Post reported.
When Reynolds was 102, he participated in the Ice Bucket Challenge to benefit ALS. At 104, he set another record by being the oldest person to receive their first tattoo.
"Every bit were good," he said of the roller coaster ride, although he told "Good Morning Britain" that he had only expected to go around like he had in a wooden coaster in the 1930s.
Twitter grabbed onto this bit of 105th birthday joy.
