Abby Lee Miller, the former star of the reality show "Dance Moms," began her federal prison sentence Wednesday in Victorville, California, more than a year after pleading guilty to fraud in federal court in Pittsburgh.

Miller was sentenced to 366 days in prison in May after pleading for bankruptcy fraud and bringing in $120,000 worth of Australian currency into the United States unreported.

Federal prosecutors charged that Miller was in the middle of Chapter 11 bankruptcy when she attempted to hide $775,000 in income from her Lifetime network reality show and its spinoffs.

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Miller will spend two years on probation and pay a fine of $40,000 and a money judgment of $120,000, the amount she smuggled into the U.S. from the trips to Australia.

"I'll just have me to concentrate on and that’s different," Miller told "Entertainment Tonight" on Saturday. "I've always put everybody else’s child first before my own health, before my own outfit, before my own time frame. Everybody else was dressed and out the door and looking perfect and I was running around trying to find a clean towel to take a shower with, so I think this will be a little 'me' time."

People magazine reported that multiple sources said Miller will likely serve 10 months of her sentence in prison, followed by a stint at a halfway house.

"I'm afraid of being physically abused or raped," Miller told People. "I have to stay busy. If I thought about it every day, I'd just sit around and cry."

Miller previously split time at her homes in California, Florida, and Pennsylvania, and runs a dance studio in Los Angeles.

On the lighter side, TMZ reported Miller will be fed fruit, hot grits, whole wheat bread with jelly, and skim milk for breakfast; burgers with a choice of fries or a baked potato and fruit for lunch; and a deli sandwich or hummus wrap for dinner during her first week in prison.
