Adam Levine Wins Hearts for Interaction With 10-Year-Old Superfan

Adam Levine won over even more hearts after his interaction with a 10-year-old fan with Down syndrome at a Maroon 5 concert Monday.

Christopher Warner is a big fan of the band and became so overwhelmed upon meeting Levine that he crouched down onto the floor. Levine took it in stride, suggesting that everyone else get down on the floor with the boy.

The meeting came about after Avery Stanert, a special education teacher at West Friendship Elementary School in Maryland, put together a video of Christopher talking about the band and singing their songs.

"He has just been fascinated with Maroon 5 and especially Adam Levine," Stanert said, according to "Today." "He loves to listen to their music during work breaks. He draws pictures of them. He just absolutely loves them."

The video went viral, catching the attention of Hot 99.5’s The Kane Show, which made arrangements for the boy and his mother and teachers to get tickets and backstage passes to the concert.

"He's an awesome kid," Maroon 5 keyboardist PJ Morton said, according to ABC News. "He was a little shy from all of the attention. He didn't want to stand up to take a picture so we all got on the floor with him to take it that way. I got a high five!"

Twitter users admitted a little more love for Levine after the interaction.
