Amanda Bynes, a former child star and professional train wreck, bestowed her favorite insult on President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama on Monday when she called them both "ugly."
Bynes' very public downfall has been the stuff of tabloid gold over the last year. The 27-year-old former Nickelodeon star has had her share of brushes with the law, including her most recent arrest for possession of marijuana, leading many people to believe that she is either on drugs or having a mental breakdown.

Bynes has made headlines for everything from locking herself in dressing rooms for hours and shaving her head to posting strange messages and semi-nude photos of herself on Twitter.
Bynes has also made a habit of commenting on others' looks unprovoked. The Obamas join a laundry list of people on Bynes' "ugly" list like rappers Drake and Jay-Z, RuPaul, Lance Bass, Jenny McCarthy, Jason Biggs, Zac Efron, Miley Cyrus, Courtney Love, Chrissy Teigen, Rihanna, and even her own father and sister.
But this isn't the first time Bynes has name-checked the president on Twitter. In April, she called out to Obama and
requested that he fire the cop who arrested her for driving under the influence.
"Hey @BarackObama... I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."
