Amber Heard Make 'Difficult Decision' to Settle Johnny Depp Defamation Case

Amber Heard said in an Instagram post Monday that she would settle her defamation claims against ex-husband Johnny Depp.

Heard called the decision to settle with Depp "very difficult" adding that it followed "a great deal of deliberation."

"This is not an act of concession," she said. "There are no restrictions or gags with respect to my voice moving forward."
