Anjelica Huston has ruffled at least a few feathers in a controversial interview in which she takes on Oprah and Bill Murray and reveals all about other top stars. The 67-year-old actress spoke openly to Vulture about her experiences in Hollywood, which included drug experimentation and bumping heads with other prominent names in the industry.

Most notably was when Huston won an Oscar over Oprah for "The Color Purple" in 1986. As Vultures' Andrew Goldman pointed out, there are "repercussions for beating Oprah" and Houston experienced that first hand. She says Oprah refuses to talk to her!

"She never had me on her show, ever," she said. "She won't talk to me. The only encounter I've had with Oprah was when I was at a party for the Academy Awards, a private residence. I was talking to Clint Eastwood, and she literally came between us with her back to me."

Oprah was not the only Hollywood star Huston had conflict with. Bill Murray is another name that cropped up in the interview. Huston explained the actor, who performed opposite her in Wes Anderson's "The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou," was not very welcoming to her on the set of the film. In fact, he made it a point to exclude her from social activities.

"The first week I was there, we were all in this little hotel, and he invited the entire cast to go and have dinner, except me," she said. "And everyone came down for dinner, a little dog-faced about my not being invited, and they were all like, 'Oh, you know, we don't really want to go.' That was worse than anything."

During the interview, Huston also took a controversial stance about the underage sex case involving Roman Polanski, which dates back to 1977. At the time the film director plied a 13-year-old girl with champagne and half a sedative before raping her at Jack Nicholson's house. Huston was at the house when the incident occurred.

When asked how she felt about the ordeal, Huston said if it had occurred ten years ago in another country the chances are that no one would have heard of it.

"That's how these guys enjoy their time," she said, recalling how older men would hit on her repeatedly at clubs when she was 15-years-old in France. She said the Polanski incident "was not an unusual situation" for the time. She added he had paid his price but noted times had not changed much.

"I think there's a whole element of guys who will get up to what they want to get up to," she said. "There is a thing called a male imperative, and it is maybe stronger than any #MeToo movement, because it happens at birth."

Closing the topic, Huston said #MeToo incidents were taking place on a daily basis in which women were objectified, misread or put down.

"I think men do it a lot, and I don't really think half the time they know what they're doing. That's how inured they are," she said.
