Ariana Grande has offered the world a glimpse into her wedding.
The pop star exchanged vows with her realtor husband Dalton Gomez at an intimate ceremony attended by 20 people at her California home on May 15, and on Wednesday shared several photos of the big day on social media.
The blushing bride wore a Vera Wang classic ivory column dress with corseted top and low-cut back. According to Vogue, the iconic fashion designer had a pact with Grande that she would design her wedding dress one day, and when the time arrived, she delivered.
"@ArianaGrande, to a truly magical muse, what an incredible journey this has been for all of us at Vera Wang," Wang captioned a post on Instagram of Grande in the wedding gown. "A joy and a honor! Wishing you and Dalton a lifetime of happiness. XX V "
Completing the look, Grande wore a short bubble veil with a bow and accessorized with pearl and diamond earrings by Lorraine Schwartz, which matched her engagement ring. The earrings were particularly significant to Grande as they carried a specific meaning. One was upside down and another the right way up, representing her appreciation for the lowest, or "upside-down" moments in her life, according to Vogue. These moments are what contributed to where and who she is now, with her wedding day being one of the highlights.
The overall look was inspired by Audrey Hepburn's character in "Funny Face."
Gomez meanwhile, wore a Tom Ford suit.
Grande was accompanied down the aisle by both her parents, Joan Grande and Ed Butera, and the singer’s rescue pup, Toulouse, also happened to be present at the ceremony. The room, which had flowers draped from the ceiling, was glowing with candlelight as she walked to meet Gomez to say their "I dos."
Grande and Gomez started dating in January 2020. The following December they were engaged, with Grande announcing the news on Instagram.
"forever n then some," she captioned a series of photos. In one she is lying on the floor, cuddling up to Gomez. In another, she shows off her flashy ring.
A source told People at the time that the couple "couldn't be happier," and were "just so excited" about the engagement.
"This is a happy time for them; both sets of parents are thrilled," the insider said.
Another source told the outlet that Grande's family "is very happy," adding that "everyone loves Dalton."
