Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards' daughter, Lola Sheen, has revealed that she was baptized after hitting "rock bottom."
Taking to Instagram Wednesday, the 19-year-old spoke candidly about her mental health and how it led her to a new spiritual path.
"When I was in my deepest depression, there was a moment where I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt so lost and hopeless and was just doing my best to make it to the next day," Lola posted.
"I just accepted my life was going to be like that forever and thought I would never genuinely laugh again. Until, I met not only my Savior but my best friend, Jesus."
Lola described the experience as "supernatural."
"Jesus saved me from battling severe anxiety and gave me a peace that makes no sense. I now find myself laughing again, in places I only had cried," she wrote.
"Jesus fulfilled His promise of making me new, and completely renewed my mind. Jesus is the only reason why I'm here today and made my life worth living."
In a separate post, Lola shared a video of her baptism with a verse from Psalms as her caption, reading, "The Lord says, I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name."
Her Instagram bio features a link to her new YouTube channel, "Heavenly Bonded."
"I have been wanting to share how God has transformed my life for so long, and I'm so happy I'm finally doing so," she wrote in the description. "I can't wait to see how Jesus uses this podcast, and I couldn't be more excited. I love you, and God loves you more."
Lola is the younger daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, who were married from 2002 to 2006, Page Six reported. The couple also shares 20-year-old daughter Sami, who has gained attention as an OnlyFans model.
