Beau Kazer Dies: Brock Reynolds on 'Young and the Restless' Was 63

Actor Beau Kazer, known for his role as Brock Reynolds on CBS’s “The Young and the Restless” died Dec. 30. He was 63.

Kazer is survived by his wife Sharon Alkus.

Born in Ontario, Kazer started on the “The Young and the Restless” in 1974, playing the adult son of Katherine Chancellor, played by the late Jeanne Cooper. He left the show in 1980 but occasionally returned.

Kazer, who also appeared on “General Hospital,” “Hart to Hart,” and “B.J. and the Bear,” was born in Toronto and attended the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.

“Y&R” star Daniel Goddard posted about Kazer on Facebook.
