Bedbugs have been found on three New York subway N trains, causing the transit system to take them out of service for cleaning.
Two trains were taken out of service Sunday and a third was
sent for fumigation on Tuesday, the New York Daily News reported.

A Metropolitan Transportation Authority spokesman said the bedbugs, which were found in seat cushions in train cabs used by conductors, have been exterminated.
MTA spokesman Kevin Ortiz told WABC-TV: “The MTA continues to spot check other crew and passenger areas. They say this is isolated. No crew members or passengers have reported bites by the bedbugs."
