The stars of the CBS hit show “The Big Bang Theory” are seeking major pay raises as they negotiate their salaries for next year.
Emmy-award winner Jim Parsons, along with Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco, reportedly make $325,000 per episode, but the three stars are asking for closer to $1 million an episode by the end of the season,

Parsons has won a Golden Globe and Emmy award for his portrayal of Dr. Sheldon Cooper on the top-rated comedy, which is in its seventh season.
Producers reportedly gave increases to co-stars Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch, so the three leading stars want bumps as well. Bialik and Rauch were making $20,000-$30,000 an episode and are now up to about $60,000 per episode,
according to Deadline.
"The Big Bang Theory" is now a hit on two networks. CBS airs the original shows and TBS runs the series in syndication.
"Over the next eight months, 'Big Bang' faces license fee negotiations as the series is currently renewed by CBS through this season, as well as contract negotiations with the entire original cast, whose deals also are all up at the end of this season," Deadline’s Nellie Andreeva reported. "With the series doing so well and eying a potential strong showing at the Emmys this weekend, none of these is going to be easy."
"The Big Bang Theory" is CBS's most-watch comedy, and it is up against "Veep," "Girls," "Louie," "30 Rock" and ABC's juggernaut "Modern Family" for Outstanding Comedy Series at Sunday's Emmy Awards. This is "The Big Bang Theory's" third straight nomination in the category.
The show already has one new Emmy under its belt. Bob Newhart, 84, won the award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series, which was announced last Sunday at the Primetime Creative Arts Emmys.
It was the legendary comedy actor's first Emmy in 51 years of show business, after being nominated seven times.
In his acceptance speech, he thanked the "The Big Bang Theory" cast "who really threw themselves on the sword for me.”
