A song titled “Alien” from Britney Spears’ upcoming album has leaked online, although the album’s producer says it’s the “wrong” version.
The song, which Spears has said in interviews is “really cool,” is an early glimpse of the “Britney Jean” album to be released in December. Producer William Orbit hit twitter to explain:

Interest in Spears’ album — and in everything she does — is high, and earlier this month, Spears took to twitter to make sure everyone had the right song list for her eighth album.
The songs “Perfume” and “Work Bitch” have also been released from the album.
“Perfume is incredibly special to me because it hits close to home, and
I think the story is relatable to everyone,” Spears told E! News. “Everyone’s been through an insecure moment in a relationship that’s left them vulnerable and I think this song captures that.”
Spears revealed the album’s cover art on her website and wrote an open letter to fans about the album.
In that letter, she said, “I poured my heart and soul into this album and it’s been an incredible journey. I have been through a lot in the past few years and it has really inspired me to dig deeper and write songs that I think everyone can relate to.”
The album will be released Dec. 2.
