Camille Grammer Completes Chemo, Radiation at Cancer Center

Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Camille Grammer announced she has completed treatments for chemotherapy and radiation at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.

Grammer, 45, the ex-wife of actor Kelsey Grammer, was diagnosed with endometrial cancer last year and underwent a hysterectomy in October, reported Entertainment Tonight.

"The surgery went very well and she is expected to make a complete recovery following a significant recuperation period," a representative for Grammer told Us Weekly then.

Grammer made her most recent announcement about her treatment on Twitter with a photo Friday.


The news brought a congratulations on Twitter from Howard Bragman, of Reputation.com, and others.


Entertainment Tonight reported that Grammer was granted a temporary restraining order against her boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos after her October surgery. She claimed Charalambopoulos physically abused her shortly after her procedure, noted Entertainment Tonight.

During an appearance on "The Dr. Oz Show" in November, Grammer talked about her fears when she first learned of her cancer diagnoses, according to Us Weekly.

"My heart sank. You know, you think about your children, am I gonna make it, I want to be alive for them," Grammer said, per Us Weekly. "My son doesn't really understand it that well, but my daughter said, mom, I'm so glad you're getting surgery 'cause then the cancer's gonna be all gone."

Us Weekly reported that Grammer, a former model and dancer, was a key player during the first two seasons of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and was seen during Season 3.
