"Little Women: Atlanta" Star Ashley "Minnie" Ross caused the crash that took her life, an accident report has revealed. It was initially thought that the 34-year-old had suffered fatal injuries in a hit-and-run last month but it has now emerged that she was the one at fault in the head-on collision.

Details of the incident were highlighted in a crash report obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, which includes accounts from eyewitnesses and responding officers.

Ross had been traveling southbound on one side of the Old National Highway in Atlanta when she reportedly lost control of her vehicle.

She jerked the steering wheel to the right, causing her to go off-road, then spun the wheel to the left. Her car veered into the opposite lane, where she collided with another vehicle. The report indicates that Ross was unresponsive at the scene, while the other driver was taken to the hospital with complaints of pain. Ross was determined to be at fault in the crash.

No drug or alcohol tests were administered and no autopsy was performed on Ross, but it is believed she died from blunt force trauma from the accident.

Fellow cast members reacted to the tragic news of Ross’ death on social media.

"This is too much!!!!!" Shirlene "Ms. Juicy" King Pearson wrote in an Instagram post. "Prayers for Minnie's family!!!" she added.

Samantha Ortiz shared a photo of the cast to Instagram along with a caption expressing her condolences.

"RIP to @msminnielwa I'm so sorry this has happened I will be praying for you and your family," she wrote. "you really never know what can happen. I'm so sorry."

Ross is survived by her mother, grandmother, aunt, uncle and other family members.
