Chelsea Clinton, famously once a child of the White House herself, again stood up for Barron Trump on Monday after a story came out with the headline: “It’s High Time Barron Trump Starts Dressing Like He’s In the White House.”

The former first daughter came to Barron's defense, telling the media and everyone else to let the 11-year-old "have the private childhood he deserves," People magazine said.

Ford Springer, an entertainment reporter with the Daily Caller, had said the way Barron dresses when he's with President Donald Trump and the first lady is abnormal.

Springer was specifically talking about the T-shirt, khaki shorts and suede loafers that Barron was pictured wearing when getting off Air Force One with his parents as they returned to the White House from New Jersey on Sunday.

It’s not the first time Chelsea has defended Barron Trump.

Just days after Trump's inauguration, she spoke out for him after Twitter users made him the butt of jokes, People noted.

Taking to Twitter, she said, “Barron Trump deserves the chance every child does -- to be a kid."
