Chip and Joanna Gaines are expecting their fifth child, the home renovation experts announced on social media.
The Texas-based stars of the HGTV show "Fixer Upper" made the announcement on Instagram after their show Tuesday.
This is the last season of "Fixer Upper," after the couple announced in September that they were wrapping up the series, USA Today reported. Its final season began on HGTV in November.
"Though our Fixer Upper chapter is coming to a close, we aren't done with Waco," the couple said in a blog post announcing the end of their show. "We aren't done renovating homes. We aren't done designing things to make your home your favorite place on earth.
"We aren't done working towards restoration in all things or helping out those who could use a hand. In fact, in all of these things, we are just getting started. Who knows what the future holds, but we're excited for whatever is around the bend and in the meantime, we will definitely be staying in touch," the couple added.
Now they know that the future will include a newborn to go with the couple's two boys (Drake and Duke) and two girls (Ella and Emmie), noted USA Today.
The Gaineses teased the big announcement on Twitter Tuesday.
Fans shared their excitement on social media.
