Christie Brinkley's kids have followed in their supermodel mom’s footsteps with a new spread in the November 2015 issue of Town & Country titled, “It’s All Relative.”
Jack Brinkley-Cook, 20, and Sailor Brinkley-Cook, 17, modeled as a brother-sister duo for the magazine’s all-American shoot while dressed in preppy,
brooding attire, according to Us Weekly. The siblings stylishly showed off blazers, tailored shirts, brooches, and more for Town & Country’s fall collections.
Despite the pair’s genetic gifts, both Jack and Sailor have admitted that they struggle with the challenges and competitive pressures that come with having a famous mother.
"It can be hard to be up-and-coming and constantly compared to an icon,"
Sailor said, according to ET Online. "Right now I'm focusing on working hard in school and getting into college."
Whereas Sailor is interested in modeling, Jack has his sights set upon a career in acting.
"If I ever have anything I need to talk about or get over, Alexa is my go-to," Jack said of his half-sister Alexa Ray Joel — Brinkley's 29-year-old daughter with Billy Joel. “The most terrifying thing is the desire to establish a career as an actor . . . It's an extremely competitive and challenging industry to conquer."
When Town & Country’s photo spread was released, Brinkley proudly reposted the photos to her Instagram account.
