After being highlighted during a recent NCAA tournament telecast, Amanda Enfield, the former model and now wife of Florida Gulf Coast University coach Andy Enfield, isn't pleased being compared online or anywhere else to the beautiful Katherine Webb.
Enfield told
USA Today she had "mixed emotions" about being spotlighted during a game in Philadelphia while she grappled with her toddler son Marcum.
In January, 73-year-old
sportscaster Brent Musberger made headlines when he appeared to obsess on air over the 23-year-old Webb, a former Miss Alabama and the girlfriend of Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron. Webb has since parlayed the televised moment into a cottage industry of instant fame and commercial gigs.

"I never expected this. I'm flattered, and I think it's great, but it's also kind of crazy to me,'' Enfield said. "I guess it's kind of cool but it's still a bit surreal to me."
The 34-year-old mother of three said she has no plans to capitalize on her re-discovered celebrity, and is perfectly content with being a stay-at-home mom.
"I just don't think I should be the focus at all. The team is the biggest story. The best part is seeing Andy and the players have their dreams actually come true. They are so happy,'' she added
Enfield's husband reinforced the former model's sentiments.
"She's had a lot of attention the last week but she's a very humble person,'' Andy Enfield told USA Today. "She says he is flattered by people saying nice things about her. Of course, in the Internet age, some people make rude comments, too.''

The couple met several years earlier courtesy of a mutual friend in New York City while then Amanda Marcum was modeling and Enfield was touring during an NCAA regional tournament game.
"She was still in the prime of her modeling career,'' recalled the 43-year-old coach. "For her to give up that to be a coach's wife and have children is something in itself. She is an amazing (mother).''
