Indianapolis Colts Owner Jim Irsay woke up Monday morning in jail after being pulled over and arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and possession of a controlled substance.
According to the Associated Press, Hamilton County Sheriff's Department Deputy Bryant Orem said Irsay was arrested Sunday night in Carmel, a northern suburb of Indianapolis. His bond is set at $22,500.

Irsay, 54, is being held in Noblesville on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
Lt. Joe Bickel of the Carmel police said he could not comment further because the investigation is still ongoing.
In 2002, Irsay admitted to a past dependency on painkillers, and the Colts said a report that he was being investigated for prescription drugs was false. At the time, Irsay said he had already received treatment at a facility outside of Indiana.
"After several years of orthopedic operations and procedures, accompanied by long bouts of chronic pain, I became dependent on prescription pain medications," his statement read at the time.
"I have successfully dealt with my dependence and my chronic pain issues. This has been a personal journey, and I ask that my privacy, as well as that of my family, be respected on this health issue."
Irsay has been out of the headlines for personal issues ever since, and just as recently as October of last year,
he claimed on Twitter that he hadn't had a drink "in over 15 years."
Jim Irsay became the owner of the NFL's Indianapolis Colts after his father, Robert Irsay, passed away in 1997.
