Singing legend Cher gave out high marks and nice – if not always broadcast-able comments – during her bleeped guest judge appearance on "Dancing With the Stars" on Monday, when actor Brant Daugherty, of "Pretty Little Liars," was booted.

Cher was subdued, yet entertaining alongside regular judges Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba, according to EntertainmentWise.com.

Cher was bleeped for 10 seconds during her critique of Elizabeth Berkley and Val Chmerkovskiy after their jazz routine to her song "Bang Bang," leading Entertainment Weekly to proclaim it was the longest bleep in the history if "Dancing With the Stars."

Annie Barrett, of Entertainment Weekly said she wondered if what Cher said to the dancers was worth the edit.

"Whatever Cher’s comment was, Elizabeth Berkley got super-serious, as Elizabeth Berkley does, and seized her opportunity to communicate with Cher directly," Barrett said on EW's PopWatch blog. "'I want to thank you for showing women they can create their own rules, and that resiliency is a powerful thing,' she told one of the original showgirls."

The Huffington Post noted that Daugherty and his professional partner Peta Murgatroyd found the going rough during the show's dance off.

"In this way, despite a solid 27 points before the dance-off, Daugherty and Peta Murgatroyd found themselves falling behind after they lost their dance-off against Leah Remini and Tony Dovolani – with the three additional points, Remini and Dovolani's score rose to 28," according to the Huffington Post.

"In fact, all three couples that lost their respective dance-offs found themselves in the bottom three. In the end, though, it was the public vote that made the difference. Daugherty and Murgatroyd had the highest scores from the judges in the bottom three, but they didn't have the support from viewers at home," the Huffington Post added.

Entertainmentwise.com said Daugherty got emotional at the end of his run on the show.

"I've learned something that I never thought I'd be able to learn in my life," said Daugherty, who also appeared in the soap opera "Days of Our Lives," according to Entertainmentwise.com. "I learned a lot about myself, and I'm just very, very grateful for the opportunity."

His professional dance partner Peta Murgatroyd added: "He's just an amazing guy and I just had the best time this season."
