Despite showing off her gymnastics skills in the team dance and scoring a 27 out of 30 on her samba, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi was voted off "Dancing With the Stars" Monday night in a tearful elimination.
The pint-sized former "Jersey Shore" star wowed the judges with her dance earlier in the night before flipping around the dance floor during "Team SpookyBomBom's" zombie-themed performance.
But Polizzi couldn't scare up enough viewer votes to save her from elimination.

"I can't even talk right now, but I love everybody here," she tearfully told "DWTS" co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet at the end of the night.
Elimination is based off the judges' scores and viewer votes. Last week, no one was eliminated after a technical glitch caused audience votes to register to the wrong dancers.
In addition to their solo performances, the celebrity contestants also had to perform a team dance this week, the score of which was tallied into their final results of the night. Polizzi joined comedian Bill Engvall and actresses Leah Remini and Elizabeth Berkley on "Team SpookyBomBom" to deliver a "ghoulish extravaganza," according to one judge. The dance earned a score of 27.
But it was no match for "Team Foxing Awesome," made up of Jack Osbourne, "High School Musical's" Corbin Bleu, "Glee's" Amber Riley, and "Pretty Little Liars'" Brant Daugherty. The dance, a
recreation of the mega-viral video "What Does the Fox Say?", scored a perfect 30 and had the judges raving.
