Actor David Arquette was thrown out of Justin Bieber's 21st birthday bash in Las Vegas after getting drunk and openly criticizing the pop star.

A witness to the scuffle told the New York Post's Page Six that the "Scream" actor was "pretty messed up" when the party moved from Omnia nightclub to Bieber's rooftop villa at the Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace.

With the after party in full swing, Arquette reportedly began "talking about Bieber behind his back."

"Justin heard what David had been saying, and threw him out of his suite with the help of a friend, because they didn’t have security up there," said the witness.

"Somehow David managed to get back in and rushed at Bieber to take him out. There was a confrontation, then other people got in the way to separate them. David was thrown out again, this time for good."

It is unclear why Arquette, 43, was at the party in the first place. One reason may be because he is a partner in Hollywood club Bootsy Bellows with the h.wood Group. The h.wood Group was acquired last year by the Hakkasan Group, which paid Bieber $500,000 to have his birthday party at its Omnia nightclub.
