Clint and Dina Eastwood may not be splitting up after all.
The estranged wife of the 83-year-old Oscar-winning actor and director withdrew her request for a legal separation on Sept. 11,
two days after initially filing that paperwork, according to Us Weekly.

E! Online reported that her dismissal request was made "with prejudice," meaning she doesn't plan to refile for a separation. Her lawyer wasn't available for comment.
News of their separation after 17 years of marriage was reported in August. The pair actually split in June 2012, but remained "amicable."
The couple has one daughter together, 16-year-old Morgan. In the separation paperwork filed in Monterey County Superior Court on Sept. 9, the 48-year-old Dina Eastwood asked for spousal support and physical custody of Morgan, Us Weekly reported.
On the same day Dina Eastwood changed her mind, Clint reportedly was photographed in Los Angeles with his new girlfriend, Erica Tomlinson-Fisher, Us Weekly reported. Adding another layer, Tomlinson-Fisher had recently gotten out of a 33-year marriage to University of Hawaii basketball coach Scott Fisher, who is friends with Dina Eastwood.
Beyond his conversation with an empty chair at the Republican National Convention, the 83-year-old is best known for his movies, which include "Dirty Harry" and "Gran Torino." He also won Best Director for "Unforgiven" and "Million-Dollar Baby," in which he co-starred with Hilary Swank.
