After weeks of swirling speculation about which celebrities will take to the dance floor in the upcoming season of ABC's "Dancing With The Stars," the network unveiled the cast live on "Good Morning America" Tuesday.
From reality TV personalities to professional athletes, actors to singers, astronauts to politicians, "DWTS" has always attracted a diverse cast and producers are hoping season 16 can deliver, despite a ratings tumble for last year's "All-Star" season.
"I think we have the ability of casting fresh and bringing in the younger audience again," ABC entertainment chief Paul Lee told reporters during ABC's Winter Press Tour in January. "People want to see the journey and that's something that we've done very, very well in each season—some better than others—and we'll be able to do that just by going back to our normal way of casting."
"DWTS" season 16 is slated for a two-hour premiere on Monday, March 18, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC. The show will once again be co-hosted by Emmy-winner Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke-Charvet.
Here's the lineup of celebrity contestants for the new "DWTS" season:
Wynonna Judd (country star)
Kellie Pickler (singer – "American Idol" season five alumna)
Aly Raisman (2012 Olympic gold medal gymnast)
Jacoby Jones (NFL football player – Baltimore Ravens)
Victor Ortiz (boxer)
D.L. Hughley (comedian, actor, political commentator)
Lisa Vanderpump (reality TV personality - "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills")
Andy Dick (actor, comedian)
Zendaya Coleman (Disney Channel star, singer)
Ingo Rademacher (actor - "General Hospital")
Dorothy Hamill (1976 Olympic figure skater)
