Fox News host Eboni K. Williams says she's received death threats after criticizing the president during her "Eboni's Docket" segment on Monday.

While on-air Monday on "The Fox News Specialists," the co-host criticized President Donald Trump for mentioning "both sides" of those involved in the Charlottesville, Virginia, events instead of specifically condemning white nationalist groups, according to Variety.

Williams referred to Trump's initial remarks about the violent protests as "cowardly and dangerous" and accused him of downplaying the "blatant, flagrant hatred" that was on display in Charlottesville over the weekend, The New York Times reported.

Following her rant, her personal website that she said usually receives anywhere between 10 and 15 emails after each segment, received over 150 emails, Variety noted, adding that Williams described all but three of the messages as "seething, scathing."

In that long list of emails, there were some death threats.

"I should meet my maker soon, I shouldn't be allowed to walk the streets of New York," she told Variety, reciting the types of messages she received. "They heard that I live in Harlem — Harlem needs to watch out."

The 33-year-old said she was taken aback by the nature of the responses, the Times noted.

"I've been on Fox News on and off for five years now," she said. "Never in my life had I received the response that I received."

Williams, politically moderate, posted on Twitter last year that she didn't vote for either Trump or Hillary Clinton.

In her interview with Variety, Williams said she criticized Trump on Monday because she wanted to provide her audience with a different perspective on the issue.

"I felt utterly compelled in that moment, particularly as a black woman who works on Fox News Channel, and has the privilege and a responsibility to address an audience that otherwise doesn't necessarily get my point of view, or the point of view of people like me," she said. "They probably don't see much of any of the diverse point of view that I can offer."

The Times noted that Fox News anchors Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson have remained complimentary of President Trump, while the network's Trump critics include Juan Williams and Shepard Smith.

"So far we've been unable to find the very fine people protesting with the white supremacists," Smith said sarcastically Wednesday, taking a jab at Trump's comment that there were "very fine people" on both sides of the protests.
