A Facebook Live torture video appears to show four black teens terrorizing a young man with mental health issues while blurting out anti-white expletives.

Four Chicago-area teens were being held on Wednesday after allegedly beating and torturing the victim they called a "goof-a** white man," who was seen bound in a video that went live on Facebook, NBC News reported.

Chicago police said they plan to file charges against the teens on Thursday.

Though the four 18-year-olds have yet to be identified, two of them are said to be men while the other two are women.

In the uncomfortably lengthy video, a young woman could be seen broadcasting the “beating and racial taunting” on Facebook Live, according to Click 2 Houston.

In the video, which was removed from Facebook, the man was tied up with his mouth covered as he sat in the corner of a room looking out in fear.

The teens could be heard yelling out “f*** Donald Trump” and “f*** white people” while kicking and punching the man.

The video also shows someone cutting into the man’s scalp with a knife.

“It’s sickening,” Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said about the “brutal act” during a news conference late Wednesday. “It makes you wonder what would make individuals treat somebody like that. I’ve been a cop for 28 years and seen things that you shouldn’t see in a lifetime, but it still amazes me that you see things that you shouldn’t.”

“I’m not going to say it shocked me,” Johnson added, per Fox News. “But it was sickening.”

According to police, the victim is an 18-year-old with special needs. They found the young man wandering the streets “in crisis” Tuesday afternoon after the attack, Click 2 Houston noted.

Captain Steven Sesso said it wasn’t until late Tuesday night that he was finally able to calm down enough to talk to police.

This incident comes days after new data surfaced, showing that 2016 was one of the city’s bloodiest years.

There were reportedly 1,100 more shooting incidents in Chicago in 2016 compared to 2015.
