Fallon, Crosby, Stills & Nash: Quartet Gets 'Fancy' on 'Tonight Show'

By    |   Tuesday, 08 July 2014 11:09 AM EDT

Crosby, Stills, and Nash joined "Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon for an acoustic rendition of "Fancy" by pop sensation Iggy Azalea on Monday, with the host donning his Neil Young getup for the performance.

The Huffington Post reported that Fallon has previously impersonated Young on a variety of contemporary pop songs, including Miley Cyrus' "Party in the U.S.A." and Willow Smith's "Whip My Hair," but this was the first time the host upped the ante by adding David Crosby, Graham Nash, and Stephen Stills to the mix.

As MTV pointed out, "It would take a musical miracle to reunite legendary 1960s folk rock quartet Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young," who've famously bickered and fought for decades, "but it only took Iggy Azalea to pull together the next best thing: Crosby, Stills, Nash & Fallon."

Ending their cover of "Fancy," all four musicians did a little ditty that sounded a bit like "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes," changing Azalea's lyrics from "do that, do that, I-G-G-Y" to "do that, do that, C-S-N-Y."

Later in the show, Crosby, Stills, and Nash performed "Teach Your Children" and "So Begins the Task" to promote their forthcoming live box set "CSNY 1974" and their current tour.

All four members of the real CSNY have been inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame, some more than once as part of other bands including the Byrds and Buffalo Springfield.
