George Soros's 30-year-old ex-girlfriend Adriana Ferreyr allegedly took a swing at the 83-year-old, left-wing billionaire while screaming obscenities during a recent private deposition in New York City.
Ferreyr, a soap star from Brazil who dated Soros for five years until 2011, apparently hit Soros with such force that it knocked his sound amplifying headphones off his head,
the New York Post reported.
The parties were in New York State Supreme Court for a hearing involving
a 2011 law suit filed by Ferreyr against Soros alleging that he reneged on a promise to give a luxury apartment valued at $1.9 million on Manhattan's Upper East Side, according to the Post. Soros has since given the real estate to Tamiko Bolton, a 42-year-old consultant whom he married last September.

On Friday, Soros' attorney Marty Singer filed papers with the courts that detailed the incident.
Ferreyr "suddenly and without warning . . . lunged at Mr. Soros, who is 83-years-old, and struck his head with her hands, knocking off the headphones he was wearing to amplify the audio . . . Ms. Ferreyr pulled back her arm to strike Mr. Soros in the face. I was able to grab both of Ms. Ferreyr’s arms to move her away from Mr. Soros," Singer's papers read.
"I let go of her arms. Ms. Ferreyr immediately swung at my face, knocking off my glasses. She then moved toward my glasses that had landed on the floor as if she were going to jump on them," Singer continued in the court papers. "I again grabbed her arms and moved her away from my glasses. After I let go of her arms, she resumed swinging at me and attempted to kick me."
The apparent attack concluded when Soros' personal aide Jose Santos stepped in, but not before Ferreyr managed to kick the man in the shins, according to Singer. Ferreyr's attorney Bill Beslow eventually calmed his client down.

During the attack, Ferreyr reportedly called Soros a "piece of s--t," while telling the billionaire's other attorney William Zabel that he "should go to prison and get beat up and [sexually assaulted]."
On Friday night, Zabel told reporters that "Ms. Ferreyr needs medical help, and I hope she gets it."
In response to the filing, Beslow told the press that "at the appropriate time, Ms. Ferreyr will set forth the complete story of what transpired," according to the Post.
