Goldie Hawn and longtime partner Kurt Russell sold their Malibu beach house this month for $9.5 million after more than a decade of having it on and off the market.
The house, which Hawn bought in 1989, was most recently listed for $14.749 million in July 2011, but
sold for $9.5 million this month, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Hawn and Russell frequently rented the 4,200-square-foot, Balinese-style home during the summer season for $90,000 a month. It boasts four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, an oceanfront patio with enclosed living room, and a detached two-bedroom guest house.
Architect Gus Duffy redesigned the Malibu home in 2005.
Hawn, 67, won a supporting actress Oscar in 1969 for her role in "Cactus Flower," but is perhaps best-known for her starring role in "Private Benjamin."
Russell, 62, stars in the upcoming comedy "The Art of the Steal." He and Hawn starred together in 1987's "Overboard."
Hawn welcomed a new grandchild earlier this month when son Oliver Hudson's wife gave birth to daughter Rio.
Hawn is also the mother of actress Kate Hudson.
