Guy Fieri's Fist-Fight With His Hairdresser Caught by TMZ (Video)

The Food Network's Guy Fieri was caught on tape by the ever-watchful TMZ fist-fighting in public with his hairdresser last weekend.

TMZ.com posted the tape on Wednesday, showing Fieri's hairdresser Ariel Ramirez outside the passenger side of an SUV, cursing at Fieri, 45, while punching him in the front seat, reported the Huffington Post.

TMZ.com reported that the fight started when the spiked blonde hair celebrity chef threw Ramirez out of the SUV and it was Fieri's manager who eventually broke up the brawl and called a cab for Ramirez.

The celebrity website wrote sources told them the group was returning from a flight that landed at San Francisco International Airport, where they had been drinking.

"It was just dudes being dudes," a Fieri source told TMZ.com. "A bunch of guys were messing around. Things got a little out of hand, but they're all good now."

According to the New York Daily News,  Fieri rose to fame in 2006 after winning the second of the reality-based show "The Next Food Network Star." He is best known for the Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives."

Fieri has highlighted more than 500 eateries through his shows and his latest book, "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: The Funky Finds in Flavortown," according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The Daily News said his newest program, "Guy's Grocery Games," features four chefs who compete in a grocery store cooking competition.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel noted that Fieri is a co-owner of seven California restaurants that include Johnny Garlic's California Pasta Grill and Tex Wasabi's. He recently opened his first New York City establishment, Guy's American Kitchen and Bar in Times Square.

Fieri, who also operates Guy's Burger Joint and Guy Fieri on Campus, plans to open locations at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport and Las Vegas.

According to the Food Network, Fieri launched his own product line of Guy Fieri Barbecue Sauces and Salsas as well as a Flavortown food line in 2011. The line includes ready-to-eat frozen and refrigerated food products.
