Gwyneth Paltrow was granted a temporary restraining order Friday against alleged stalker Nickolaos Gavrilis, ordering him to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her estranged husband Chris Martin and their children.
The Oscar-winning actress sought the court order after Gavrilis reportedly lied to get inside her family's London home in 2012 and used the same tactic in an attempt to enter their Los Angeles property on April 4,

The court document claims that Gavrilis has been "stalking and harassing (Paltrow) on two continents, has not stopped despite warnings from police, has previously been convicted of harassment by a criminal court and presents an immediate danger that great or irreparable harm would result if an order did not issue immediately."
Tony Abbott, Martin and Paltrow's director of security, filed a declaration with the court that stated back in September 2012, Gavrilis entered the family's London residence "by falsely claiming that he had a business appointment with her."
Abbot said in his declaration that Gavrilis attempted to get inside the house in April 2013 but was denied access.
Paltrow and musician husband, who is the frontman for the band Coldplay, announced their separation last month, referring to their split as a
"conscious uncoupling" on her Goop website.
"It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate," Paltrow wrote in the blog post. "We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate. We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been."
Radar Online reported that Paltrow has been facing challenges regarding her lifestyle company Goop, with losses of more than $300,000 over the past two years. The CEO of the company recently left as well.
