Harrison Ford has been released from the hospital after recovering from an airplane crash earlier this month.

According to People magazine, Ford, 72, was spotted driving around Los Angeles on Saturday, indicating a solid recovery.

Ford crashed his vintage World War II propeller plane on a golf course in Southern California on March 5. He was rushed to UCLA Medical Center and reportedly suffered a large scalp laceration, and broken pelvis and ankle bones.

The pelvis will take the longest to heal, and Ford is said to be undergoing therapy to help it along.

During the recovery, Ford's wife, 50-year-old Calista Flockhart, was often at his bedside. The couple wed in 2010.

"She [would] drop [her adopted son] Liam off in the morning and then spend hours with Harrison," said one source. "She [brought] him food and reading material."

The National Transportation Safety Board found in a preliminary report that Ford's plane experienced engine failure. Ford reportedly radioed back to the Santa Monica Municipal Airport that he was going to return shortly after taking off.

One report said that Ford hit a tree during takeoff, and was force to make an emergency landing on the nearby gold course.
