Supermodel Heidi Klum punched back against Donald Trump's weekend remark about her slipping perfection by producing a tongue-in-cheek video she posted online.
In an interview with
The New York Times, the GOP presidential front-runner dissed the 42-year-old beauty while addressing his "outrageous" persona.
"Sometimes I do go a little bit far," Trump, 69, told Maureen Dowd. "Heidi Klum. Sadly, she's no longer a 10."
Klum fired back with a 12-second video showing her at what appears to be a photo shoot wearing a white T-shirt with the number "10" affixed to it. Someone wearing a Donald Trump mask slips behind her and pulls off the 10 to reveal a 9.99, as Klum opens her mouth in shock, before smiling.
The video goes to black with the hashtag #HeidiTrumpsTrump.
Klum posted the video on Twitter:
Klum later told the
New York Daily News she didn't understand how she became Trump's latest target.
"Personally, I have no idea what I have to do with the election," she said.
Klum told "Access Hollywood" that she decided to have a little fun with Trump's comment.
"I was just making light of the situation because it was kind of funny I thought, and I just thought, make it even more funny," said Klum "But really, the whole entire situation about women is not really funny, you know to put a number on a woman."
Many on social media appeared to take Klum's side.
