Two more men have been charged in connection with the 2011 disappearance and slaying of Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo and one of them may have a video that would help prosecutors.

Bobo, 20, disappeared from her family's rural home near Parsons, Tennessee, in April 2011. Her body has yet to be found.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokesman Josh DeVine told media outlets that two brothers, Jeffrey Kurt Pearcy and Mark Pearcy, face charges of tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact in the case.

DeVine declined to release more details, but an affidavit in Henderson County court says investigators believe Jeffrey Pearcy has possession or knowledge about a video that would benefit prosecutors.

Two other men, Zachary Adams and Jason Autry, have pleaded not guilty to kidnapping and murder charges, according to The Associated Press.

In an attempt to recover Bobo's body, prosecutors granted an initial suspect, 29-year-old Shayne Austin, immunity from various charges, including "all charges arising out of the disposal, destruction, burial, and/or concealment of Holly Bobo's deceased body," according to court documents.

That agreement has since been revoked by prosecutors who claimed Austin was not being cooperative and truthful with regards to the recovery of Bobo's body, considering he originally told prosecutors that he could lead them to where the body was buried.
